What to do:

CONTRACT CLIENTS - If you have an immediate problem, first give me a call. If I can't respond immediately, give the appropriate resource a call and schedule a service appointment (at their place of business) or at your location. I'll gladly reimburse you your remaining pro-rated contract prepayment OR 1/12th. of your annual service agreement (which ever is greater) if you require a service that I could have performed, or I'll extend your service contract by 1 month at no additional cost.

If you have a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 or your doctor (please don't think I'm ignoring you). Please feel free to leave me a message at 619.549.1705 or send me an email. I will have limited remote access, but can't guarantee immediate service or remote support unless previously arranged.
